✅HIGH PROTEIN + HIGH FIBRE: To Claim high in protein, (EC) No 1924/2006 requires a minimum 20% of the energy value of the food is provided by protein. Emma Basic Nori lab test indicate 45.4g protein/100g contribute 36% of energy value. 32.4g Fibre/100g tested in Emma Basic Nori sample.
✅ HIGH STANDARD: Emma Basic Nori is made by Xihe, a BRC grade A manufacture managed by its Japanese investor, Kozen. Since 1894, Kozen has been dedicated in nothing but nori.
✅ UMAMI: Rich in natural umami, perfect in making sushi, eat with rice, Ramen topping, salad topping.
